Of the existing 211 residential units and dorm rooms, 13 units, including the President’s house, Missionary’s house, Superintendent’s house, and the four structures containing ten units on Chapel Drive and Platt Court will be retained.
To mitigate the lesser quality and age of these buildings, North Coast is proposing to further upgrade the exterior siding and install significant landscaping between the buildings and street frontage to help shield them from view.
